Your new team, is responsible for the support, training, promotion and embedding of the tools, processes and deliverables used by the Group to deliver business solutions to satisfy customer requirements and enhance shareholder value.
More specifically some of your key areas of focus will include to:
- Consult and coach Service Operations customers in Production Management principles and WoW Practices;
- Analyse, identify, implement and continuously improve customer service, systems and processes using DMAIC and other methodologies;
- Obtain process information from various business partners to analyse and identify process improvements, including mapping processes and documenting procedures to understand the current state process;
- Source, analyse and present process performance metrics to business leaders to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and to enhance performance;
- Guide the Service Operations Continuous Improvement Innovation program by assessing change impacts, prioritising process changes and leading implementation where appropriate;
- Ensure the use of standard processes and tools including planning, scheduling, tracking, risk, and issue management;
- Analyse information and use metrics to identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations for process improvements including generating and documenting the business case, risk assessment, ADKAR assessment, communications plan, cost/benefit analysis and other features as appropriate.
To be successful in this role we expect you will possess:
REQUIRED
- Experience implementing Change Management principles and methods
- Experience utilising DMAIC and Lean principles and methods
- Experience utilising Operations/Production Management concepts and methods
- Problem solving and decision making abilities
- Strong customer service, stakeholder management skills
- Superior organisational skills
DESIRED
- Experience of working with internal customers and providing a high level of service
- Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint Excel)
- Experience building and managing in-depth relationships
- Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience
- Experience working in back room operations in a financial institution
- Cost-benefit experience
