Contract Administrator/Data Entry Clerk Job in Monterey 93940, California Us

Under the general direction of the Customer Contract Administration (CCA) Manager, the Customer Contract Administration Data Entry/Clerk will be responsible for supporting the sales staff and their customers, relating to all parameters of the implementation of the Customer Contract and responsible for supporting CCA Manager.

JOB DUTIES
-CCA Data Entry Clerk will assemble all components of the contract
-Review all approved data entered by Customer and/or Sales Manager
-Verify data from approved Implementation Form into Titan
-Enter data from approved Implementation Form into Salesforce Contract Object and CASES
-Generate Customer Contract Data Report from Titan and Salesforce
-Review Customer Contract Data Report with CCA Manager
-Scan Customer Contract package into DocuShare software program
-Save and code Contract documents in accordance with the rules of scanning into the DocuShare repository.
-File Contract Packages in accordance with the filing rules for Master Agreement and Non-Master Agreements.
-Review scanned Customer Contracts with CCA Manager at completion of scanning process

QUALIFICATIONS
•Two or more years' experience with databases
•Knowledge of database Salesforce.com required
•Knowledge of DocuShare database required
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
•Must be detail oriented, accurate and have good organizational skills
•Demonstrated good Customer Service skills (speaking), good work performance and attendance.
•Must be team oriented
•Ability to work flexible hours
