HRR Rentals - Edmonton, one of Canada’s fastest growing equipment Rental / Sales / Service / Transport companies, has an opening for a Contract Coordinator who would like to work for one of the largest privately owned companies in the industry.

 

This position works within our branch office and helps to set a tone and pace for office activities.

 

To further our success, we are looking for the next member of our winning team.  This position is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all paperwork flowing through the branch is well-handled and accurate.  Attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment will be required.  This position works almost largely unsupervised, however assistance is always available.  This position will interact with our customer base and must be able to do so in a professional, friendly manner. 

You must have good written and oral communication skills as record keeping and communication with out client base and internal staff is an important part of the job.  An exceptional knowledge customer service with a high comfort level with computers is required – all while having a very good sense of judgement and, above all, ensuring that the customer is always having a positive experiance. 

 

This position has the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, training lower level sales staff as the branch realizes its projected growth.

 

This position works the normal store hours (Monday – Friday, 7am – 5:30pm), and as needed beyond that time.

 

To be qualified, an applicant should have 3-5 years of experience in an office setting and customer service.  Extensive knowledge in a wide range of office matters and computer applications is paramount.
