Contract Negotiation Analyst recruitment
- MUST have ISDA Master Agreements negotiation experience

Our client is a well-recognised and highly established Investment Bank looking to hire an candidate to join their Contract Negotiation team
The Negotiator will be responsible for the production, negotiation and execution of capital markets contract documentation with an assigned portfolio of Bank's counterparties
Main Functions
- Produce contract documentations for identified counterparties across various financial products
- Liaise with relevant departments on derivative documentation and guidelines
- Strong compliance with agreed SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- Assist in training concerning significant legal issues on capital markets documentation
- Proactively seek resolutions to blockages in any negotiation
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 1+ year experience in negotiation for capital markets documentation
- Experience in ISDA Master Agreements
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientated and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Knowledge in derivative products
- A “can do” attitude - willingness to accept challenges and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues and risks
- Be self motivated and highly driven individual
