Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting Asian Equity Cash Equity Portfolio Trading and followings are main duties of job are as the following.
Cover 14 different Asia markets, and global client base. Main task is to support sales trading for Portfolio Trading.
- Confirmation Creation to clients
- Allocation to sub accounts
- New account request
- Booking of trades
- Reconciliations
- Resolving settlement issues with clients/settlement team
- Communication with trading desk/Clients
- Communication with settlement/finance/compliance/client services
Requirements
Skill required for this job
- 1-3 years product experience
- Strong team player
- Good communication skill
- People who does not limit his/her responsibilities
- An ability to process tasks in a timely manner with accuracy
- Proficient in using Excel and other MS applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin is preferable but not essential
- Experience in the Middle Office is preferable
- Experience in the Equity operations is preferable
- Experience in the team leader role is preferable
- Basic MS Office knowledge and skill
- Knowledge around process mapping/six sigma is preferable but not essential
