Contracts Administrator (3 month contract) – Consulting

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Consulting team as a Contracts Administrator. This temporary role will be responsible for ensuring legal and commercial risks are minimised and contractual positions are optimised by utilising internal policies and processes to administer the engagement with external independent contractors.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have a general understanding of supplier contract terms (e.g. indemnity, liability, handling confidential information, insurance, termination) as well as previous experience with administering internal policies. A strong commercial acumen and a high level of resilience is essential to build rapport and challenge internal clients on non compliance contracts. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously and grasp concepts easily is essential. Professional services experience as well as a basic understanding of independent contractor legislation and regulation is highly regarded however is not essential.
