German Speaking Customer Service

Our well established client based in Nottingham are seeking an experienced German speaking Export Customer Service Advisor. You MUST have experience in the following:

- Fluent in German and English - speaking and written, this will be tested
- Customer service experience, taking enquiries, order processing and organising deliveries
- IT literate, able to pick up new systems being implemented, a keen eye for detail is essential
- Ensuring consistent customer service is maintained and all enquiries are dealt with within certain time-frames
