QinetiQ North America, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator, Principal. Candidates must be highly energetic, team-oriented individuals with a successful track record in contract administration and execution. The ability to work efficiently with other contractors, customers, peers, managers, and subordinates is a key to success in this position. This position is exciting and is at the core of our business.

Primary Duties Include:

- Responsible for drafting contract briefs which communicate contract changes to the program controls organization.

- Provide day to day contracts administration to include SharePoint administration

- Draft correspondence in regards to contracts.

- Complete routine contract forms such as representations and certifications.

- Reviews solicitations, contracts, contract modifications, teaming agreements, and nondisclosure agreements.

- Analyzes contract requirements special terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.

- Helps develop negotiation strategy

- Reviews new law, regulation and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives.

- May assist in new business pursuit and associated contract strategy. May participate in development of business alliances and partnering agreements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience

- 6+ years business or related experience.

- Ability to draft moderate contractual instruments.

- Knowledge of contracting concepts and applicable public contract acquisition law and regulations.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Strong presentation, leadership and team building skills. Excellent internal and external negotiation skills.

- Government experience desired.

- US Citizenship is required

- Top Secret clearance required; TS/SCI desired
