Contracts & Compliance Manager
Our client, a fast growing organisation, seeks a highly driven Contracts Compliance Manager for its expanding Reading office. Following a period of rapid growth and industry acclaim, the organisation is keen to recruit key positions to help ensure that the business has the support and rigour required to aid its future success.
As a Contracts Compliance Manager, you will manage the contract review process, ensuring that legal terms provided by clients are acceptable and necessary amendments negotiated to protect both parties and promote successful working relationships. In addition, you will manage the compliance requirements of the business including keeping abreast of legislative changes, assessing how any changes will impact on the business and recommend appropriate action.
Working with senior management and external consultants, you will ensure that for all areas there is clear policy in place, staff training provided and an appropriate control environment implemented. Due to expected growth, there is the opportunity for the role to grow, either in terms of seniority or through the introduction of other duties and responsibilities. Applicants should come from a contract negotiation, legal or commercial management background, ideally within a fast moving, sales business or consultancy firm. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to work within a fast moving and vibrant sales environment.
