With proven experience in the cleaning industry and a strong background in management this role will keep you challenged daily.
With a strong set of objectives and expectations you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the cleaning on multiple sites including site inspections and supporting senior management.
Contractor management is a significant part of the role and therefore you must possess exceptional communication and problem solving skills along with a passion for this industry.
To be the successful applicant you must demonstrate an ability to motivate staff towards a common goal and exhibit leadership qualities.
You must also display the ability to build relationships both internal and external, and display a consistently proactive attitude to work.
