Contracts Manager recruitment
A global leader in properties services with significant expanding footprints across the region. They are currently seeking to hire a Contracts Manager, a newly created role, to cope with its growing platform.
You should possess experience in working with Public Private Partnership, Facilities Management, Project Management and Dispute Resolution. Your primary responsibilities include but not limited to reviewing and analyzing contracts and tenders for sub-contract works, general administration of insurance and insurance claims and workmen injury compensation.
This is an exciting position if you like to be involved in advising on matters relating to Facilities Management contracts and on negotiations with related parties as well as providing general legal advice on the contract, dispute resolution, insurance, leases and workmen injury compensation.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor Degree in law and a 2nd degree in civil engineering or building estate management will be viewed favourably but not required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize, organized and a keen eye for details are desirable traits for the position. You should also be articulate and have the confident to interact well with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
