Control / Assurance Manager – Ops Risk recruitment

- Ensure that the operational risk processes are effective
- Ensure that stakeholders receive information re control, losses, and near misses
- Brief the senior management team on issues / exposures
- Develop training programme and oversee development of training courses
- Training and development

Experience required :

- Solid experience of operational risk frameworks from financial services
- Strong experience of internal audit, control assessment, and process effectiveness
- Operational risk training / development experience
