Control Room & Research Compliance Officer recruitment
Key responsibilities of the role will include; Ensuring the delivery of appropriate compliance monitoring; Maintaining and updating the compliance risk assessment; Overseeing the Control Room; Providing Compliance input to other support functions where required; Participating in the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have previous control room experience within Commercial Banking Compliance and should be able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as show he/she is well organised and has the ability to prioritize effectively.
