Controller - Basel – Highly Competitive + Bonus
Our client is a leading industry company based close by to Basel. They require a Controller to join them in this senior and critical role as their business continues to grow. The controller is responsible for an entire Business Unit for this company and be involved heavily in Business Planning, Budgeting, Strategic Financial Analysis and also reporting. The Controller will ideally be an experienced Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst, or already an experienced Controller or Financial Controller looking to get more closely involved with the business. The Controller will work closely with the CFO and also the Head of Controlling, who will be responsible for individual development and growth for the individual. The organization is clear and transparent with clear targets for development into senior management as you progress. The controller will be an enthusiastic and forward thinking people person, who can motivate and build relations with senior management. The company is a multinational organization and are happy to offer relocation assistance if required.
Key requirements for Controller:
- Experienced Controller or Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst
- Wanting an international environment
- Forward thinking professional
- Fluent English
- Ideally a professional qualification related to management accounting/financial analysis
- Willing to work close to Basel
- Some travel expectation
