Convertible Bond Execution Trader
The primary asset class from a trading perspective is U.S. convertibles; however experience trading equities, options, and corporate debt is also a must. The trader will work closely with the PM's to optimize execution, track and respond to corporate actions (conversions, redemptions, tender offers, etc.), and understand the economics of various unique convertible situations. The trader will also be responsible for ensuring that the various convertible portfolios are accurately priced and the convertible database is updated. This position requires substantial attention to detail in every respect as the role directly interacts with all the PM's and represents the firm in the convertible market.
