COO, European Head of Operational Risk recruitment
Previous experience in Operational Risk or as a product line COO are essential.
You will need to demonstrate outstanding ability to work withfront office teams in proactively managing current and newly arising operational risk.
Whilst working to embed the Operational and Supervisory Control Framework and providing a basis for effective and compliant business and controls you will be expected to partner key business heads and act as a consultant on operational risk and regulatory managementt
You will be responsible for continually assesssing all areas of business and for identifying, prioritising and managing key operational risks.
Reporting to the COO, Global Head of Operational Risk, you must have the gravitas and experience to be a trusted advisor to divisional COOs.
