My client is a tier 1 investment bank looking for a strong AVP level technology COO/PMO.
You must have a thorough understanding of project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and be able to perform qualitative assessments of projects. Provide an independent, neutral voice to facilitate project problem solving and develop recommendations for action.
This position must be dedicated to continuous improvement, looking for ways to improve processes and practices within EST. The key elements to success in this position will be to partner with the Project Managers across the organization, coordinate the use of tools and management practices to influence outcomes without having direct authority.
Main Duties
Establish and maintain structure and process within EST and Infrastructure Priority Program reporting including financial tracking, project accounting and status reporting using existing tools frameworks, reporting and governance, while working with Central PMO to on strategic platform.
