Coordinator of Maintenance
Green River, WY

Coordinate non-routine maintenance activities throughout the
Overland Pass Pipeline.
Ability to identify resources i.e. inspection, contract labor, technical
support, equipment, and material procurement required to coordinate
tasks in a diverse work environment.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors,
landowners, regulatory agencies, and internal customers.
Initiate requests for services; develop project scope, monitor project
status, invoicing and quality control for non-routine maintenance
activities.
Respond to facility emergencies, and coordinate the necessary
activities to return the facility to full operational capacity.
Monitor contractor safety, competency, quality, and performance.
Communicate and coordinate maintenance activities with the
planning groups to maximize facility reliability and availability.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team
Leaders and work groups.
Assure economic operation through proper planning, scheduling,
budgeting, and cost management.
Prioritize efforts across Overland Pass Pipeline through cooperation
with leadership personnel, other maintenance coordinators, and
engineering staff.
Primary contact with Real Estate Services in addressing right-of-way
concerns and encroachment issues.
Ability to identify and analyze recurring failures and non-routine
maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required;
5+ years ofi ndustry operations experience required;
Demonstrated effectiveness in coordinating and directing multiple
maintenance and repair resources in the petroleum liquids industry.
Position may be filled at a level and salary commensurate with skills, knowledge
and abilities.
