Read and understand the existing documents
Collaborate with Business Analysts, programmers and Architects to gain further understanding of the current product offerings, design and architecture.
Come up with standardised documentation templates

A degree in Computer Sciences
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong technical background in software products documentation is required.
4-5 years on technical writing experience on technology domain preferably in Java environment
At least 2-3 years experience in documentation tools like Aris
Ability to understand the current design document and other technical specifications
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to interface, communicate, and translate information delivered by programmers
