DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform any and all duties as assigned by management in a law office environment to include: mail services/SR copy/print services scanning fax services restock paper and supplies assist Attorney's to court Deliver small packages and mail to various sites and locations. Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times. Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment. This position requires regular work on various applications. Know, understand and adhere to business procedure guidelines at all times. Take direction from supervisor or site manager as required. Participate in cross training of responsibilities as appropriate. Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required. Understand and adhere to all safety procedures. Ability to work overtime Ability to work weekends Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with clients and company personnel. Customer service oriented. Effectively work individually or in a team environment. Demonstrate competency in performing multiple functional tasks. PBMS provides on-the-job training and structured training classes. EXPERIENCE: Proficiency with email Windows environment required; Office suite (Word, Excel, etc) preferred Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience Minimum of 6 months copier/print experience required Minimum of 6 months mailroom experience required Previous experience in a professional office environment preferred Essential functions of position require: Handling up to a maximum of 55 pounds Ability to walk, sit, stand or sit for long periods (possibly entire shift) Ability to operate copier/print equipment required Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Additional Info Minimum Age 18+ years old Job Industries Customer Service
