Our client is one of the world's most prestigious international law firms and an established leader in the UK. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Luxembourg qualified Corporate associate at the 2+ PQE level to join its London office.
You will join a market leading team that acts for a wide range of blue chip companies, private equity firms and leading investment banks. Working on theLuxembourgdesk with caseloads ranging from multi-million pound strategic projects to smaller transactions, you will advise on MA, flotations, private equity/venture capital, joint ventures and fundraisings, as well as general corporate matters. High quality and diverse work is therefore promised from the outset.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable corporate experience derived from a quality City or large regional practice, and MUST be Luxembourg qualified. A keen interest in business matters and excellent client handling skills are also essential. This firm provides genuine prospects for career progression and a strong remuneration package.
