Corporate Access Assistant (Events / Roadshow Coordinator) recruitment

The duties and responsibilities he/she is going to take this job include, but not limit to:

-          Liaising with Equity Capital Market Department to arrange Corporate Roadshows

• Responsible for Roadshow budget control

• Arranging necessary visas

• Preparing Roadshow schedule proposals and UK investors profiles

• Booking hotels and meeting venues, confirming travel arrangements and ground transportation

• Arranging production and delivery of presentation materials

-          Liaising with Research Department to arrange Analyst Marketing

• Arranging necessary visas

• Preparing preliminary marketing schedule

• Supporting overall program logistics

-          Coordinating meetings with UK investors

-          Managing domestic and international travels for ST team members

-          Assisting client visits including liaising with China companies for meetings and arranging logistics

Skills and Abilities

-          Excellent communication and problem-solving skill

-          Proactive and flexible approach with limited need for direction and supervision

-          Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines

-          Ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure

-          Good command in PC skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
