Director, Sales, Depositary Receipts & Equity Sales recruitment

You will be a highly motivated, energetic, entrepreneurial individual who has an established track record dealing with senior stakeholders in large corporate institutions ideally with experience of selling DRs. This role will be targeting potential issuing Companies in Western Europe and parts of Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA). You will also be required to identify and win non-capital raising mandates and update opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work to achieve new business development/origination goals (revenue targets, number of mandates and others);

• Proactively call and identify target clients;

• Build relationships with target clients, as well as key intermediaries (law firms, Investor Relations (IR) firms, stock exchanges and more) build internal relationships with key stakeholders;

• Prepare tailored sales presentation materials and data analysis and pricing proposals.

• Work closely with Relationship Managers in retention of existing clients.

• Co-ordinate and host informative events in local markets, as well as external events (for example Investor Relations Awards).

• Contribute to product management to deliver product enhancements as necessary.

• Equities experience and a good understanding of equity markets and ideally the DR market

• Confidence and experience in liaising with senior management both internally and externally (Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Investor Relations, and others).
