Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will excel in a challenging and fast-paced atmosphere as part of the Sanford Bernstein Corporate Access team based in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will manage execution of corporate access events for Sanford C. Bernstein’s global coverage. Events will include non-deal road shows, site visits, one-on-one meetings, thematic symposiums, our annual investor conferences and reverse inquiries from institutional clients. Other tasks will include some origination and sourcing duties and ad-hoc projects related to marketing and events.

Job Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have two years of professional experience ideally within the financial services industry. He/she should also have strong client service and interpersonal skills, exceptional organizational and time management skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a team player. We will be looking for excellent communication and relationship skills as well as the highest level of attention to detail. The candidate will be interacting with senior management teams of large corporations including CEOs, CFOs, and Heads of Investor Relations so should be very comfortable on the telephone and in-person with them. We need a results-oriented go-getter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. In addition, a strong computer application background in Excel and PowerPoint is desired. This job requires flexible and occasionally long working hours when preparing for an event.
