Corporate Accountant

This Established, Leading Manufacturer of Commercial Components, has earned their longstanding solid reputation for high quality products.   Their products are sold to major manufacturers nationally and around the world. New products and services are continuously being implemented along with new manufacturing processes!  Because of this growth, they have an immediate opening for a Corporate Accountant.

As part of the Corporate Controller's team, the Accountant will create, maintain, review and audit various financial transactions in accordance with GAAP. Reconcile assigned accounts. Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close process.

Analyze variances and conduct monthly financial reviews with management for two U.S. locations.

Assist with quarterly reforecast and annual planning. Support U.S. plant locations as needed.

Assist in creation and administration of company policies procedures to ensure adequate internal control and safeguarding of company assets.  Travel is required; up to 20% to U.S. plant facilities.

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting
- 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment required

- Be able to explain your experience with Labor Variances

- Be able to explain your experience with Material Variances
- Experience with an ERP system required
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) a plus
