Corporate Action Specialist recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Corporate Actions and Corporate Events.
- Assist in the development of market operations policies and procedures.
- Prepare/verify swift instructions to our custodian agent as required
- Perform daily clearing operation in accordance with internal operational procedures and control guidelines.
- Assist in reconciling cash accounts against agent bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Follow up with custodians regarding Corporate Actins Events and Asset Management queries.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience within Corporate Action
- University degree
- Solid experience in clearing and settlement operations, particularly in Corporate Actions are preferable
- Strong Cash Equity product knowledge
- Good analytical, presentation skills and business acumen
- Self motivated with good interpersonal skills and good communication skills in English
