Corporate Actions Analyst
An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Actions division of leading Investment Bank. Our client is currently recruiting for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join an expanding asset servicing team..
The successful candidate will be responsible for event types relating to equity and fixed income products for UK, emerging and European markets. Duties include collation of corporate action events from agent banks, reconciliation of positions and client notifications related to the processing of events.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have prior experience of processing both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions. You will also need to be able to exhibit an appreciation of the risk impact of the actions taking. Experience gained from asset servicing within an investment bank is preferred.
