Corporate Actions – Hong Kong recruitment
The Client: A highly reputable and well established foreign bank are required to on an experienced professional to add further value to the asset servicing team. Looking for a professional with preferably 3-5 years of experience.
The Role: As part of the Corporate Actions team, you will ensure that corporate action events are processed accurately and promptly. You will also ensure that clients are notified promptly on all voluntary corporate action events such as dividends with options, expiration of warrants, redemptions and exercising of rights. You will also be in charged of checking that client’s instructions are executed accordingly, handling their queries and providing timely responses, all while maintaining a high standard of client service quality.
You: You would ideally have 3-5 years experience in Corporate Actions, have experience in Prime Brokerage and Equity Finance, and good knowledge in Asia ex-Japan markets. You would also be dynamic and energetic and get along well in a team.
