Corporate Actions Supervisor
We are looking for a Corporate Actions supervisor to join a boutique Investment Management firm.
We would like to hear from interested candidates with recent Investment Management experience combined with demonstrable leadership experience.
The successful candidate will have extensive Corporate Actions and Dividends experience combined with knowledge of Fund products and trade settlements. You will be responsible for leading a small team responsible for all corporate actions and dividends processing including:
- Ensuring all notices of dividends and corporate actions in advance of ex-date are obtained in a timely fashion.
- Processing event data from more than one source and screening for accuracy.
- Making sure clients are advised of preliminary and final corporate actions information in advance of ex-date.
- Calculating entitlements and ensuring residency declarations and election choices are obtained and responses are processed.
- Reconciling cash and making sure that unit differences are cleared as a result of an event including late payment of dividends.
- Processing client tax reclaims
- Ensuring that clients' queries are answered in full in a professional and accurate and timely manner.
