Corporate Audit

Job description:

• Lead and manage audits across the business function, from planning through to reporting, ensuring appropriate audit coverage, quality and efficiency

• Assist in setting and deciding audit scope and audit programmers for specific functions

• Ensure audit work is completed and documented in accordance with required standards

• Prepare draft audit comments for inclusion into final draft audit reports and discuss audit findings with business unit heads, advising around process development where issues are raised and then ensure that this is acted upon

• Ensure the proficiency and relevancy of the audit framework through constant review in light of business and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in internal audit in Funds business, preferably with regional exposure

• University degree with relevant professional qualifications such as CA/CPA, and preferably CIA, CISA and CFA

• A sound working knowledge on auditing within Funds business, specifically associated risk and controls

• Experience of working with all levels of the business

• Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• High attention to detail with proven execution techniques

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• ACL, IDEA, Flowcharting Software (preferred)

• Anticipated travel will be about 20-30%

• Less experience will be considered as Manager, Corporate Audit
