1) Senior Manager/Associate Director, Corporate Banking
Responsibilities:
- To drive and be responsible for the corporate banking loan growth and revenue budget
- To perform credit and marketing activities including corporate deposits, arrange and structure financing facilities for corporate customers
- To supervise and lead a team to perform credit analysis and assessment of facilities
- To prepare/ review/ oversee facilities approvals, documentation and drawdown
- To monitor and manage loan portfolio
- To attend to other admin matters related to the facilities
Requirements:
- Degree holder and minimum 10 years credit and marketing experience
- Strong Trade Finance experience and possess good Singapore corporate relationship will be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with good understanding in financial and credit analysis
- Good management, written and communication skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
2) Executive/ Assistant Manager, Corporate Banking.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively sourcing and soliciting new customers
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the corporate customer's financial relationship, including but not limited to corporate financial planning, corporate credits, business products, investments and act as a bridge between clients and other banking departments to cross-sell bank’s various products.
- Proactively monitoring ongoing customer needs and market trends for portfolio optimization; to maintain/increase the portfolio returns via fund based and non fund based innovative financing solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree holder and minimum 3-4 years credit and marketing experience
- Strong analytical skills with good understanding in financial and credit analysis
- Good management, written and communication skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
3) AVP, Financial Institution, Corporate Banking
- Establish and maintain relationships with Financial Institutions to promote business collaboration
- Conduct and co-ordinate exchanges with banks in Singapore and overseas.
- Work closely with our international branches to facilitate and enhance co-operation
- Handle regular and ad-hoc reporting to management and Head Office
Requirements:
- A recognised University Degree or professional qualifications.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity, and familiar with settlements, clearing account operations, custodian services and treasury products will be an advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines.
- Independent with good communication and problem solving skills.
4) Relationship Manager, Syndication
Responsibilities:
- Develop new syndication loan business and manage the portfolio of existing syndication loans.
- Tap syndication loan business so as to contribute to the Bank’s assets and income.
- Perform credit review on a timely basis to evaluate asset credit quality for account monitoring purposes and make appropriate recommendations.
Requirements:
- A recognised University Degree or professional qualifications.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in banking and financial environment and possess broad based knowledge of syndicated loans.
- Understanding of the mechanism and the structuring of the financing instruments.
5) Relationship Manager Various Sections - Relationship Management / Business Development / Structured Trade
Responsibilities:
- Market a whole range of products and services to the corporate clients.
- Solicit new business and maintain relationship to both existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Conduct financial analysis, risk evaluation, credit review and prepare concise credit proposals.
Requirements:
- A recognised University Degree or professional qualifications.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in banking and financial environment, e.g. Risk Management, Credit Admin and Audit
- Strong credit products knowledge and exposure to collateralised lending.
- Experience in structured trade finance and project financing would be an added advantage.
