Corporate Broker recruitment
You will be responsible for growing the corporate account portfolio and developing new business opportunities through the development of relationships and the cross-selling of commercial and liability risk insurance products to new and existing insurance clients.
The be successful in this position, you will need to:
- Have spent at least 3 years in a similar role within the Irish Broking sector
- Be an extremely sales focused and target driven individual
- Have a proven track record in the management of corporate insurance portfolios
- Have extensive knowledge of some or most of the following insurances – Commercial, Fleet and Manufacturing Insurance, Employers and Public Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity, Risk Management Assessment and Special Risks and Personal Lines Insurance policies
- Be progressing towards ACII qualification
On successful hire you will:
- Develop and grow the Corporate Insurance portfolio through fielding of prospective clients and cross-selling of insurance policies to existing clients
- Drive your own sales performance by providing the highest standard of professional insurance advice and the servicing of corporate insurance clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurers
- Manage product developments in conjunction with the Sales Director
- Work closely with corporate brokers to service renewals for corporate clients
An attractive salary will be offered depending on your previous insurance experience and will be in addition to a commission structure that will enable you to determine your own salary levels.
