CORPORATE CONSULTANT recruitment
The successful candidate will be expected to develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service. They will ensure that revenue from the portfolio is profitable and will expand business lines and service where appropriate. They must also be able to manage and develop strong client relationships and to work pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations. It is essential you have experience within group health products / medex.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities from own client portfolio.
- Assist with the management of existing corporate clients
- Maintain required industry and technical knowledge.
- Work with the support team assigned to ensure the delivery of services to each client in line with Company standards.
- Manage client projects to successful conclusion.
- Compliance with sales process and tools.
- Retain and develop profitable client portfolio to include new clients/service lines.
- Build relationships with key decision makers.
- Take overall responsibility for the delivery to the client of the agreed services.
- Consult with client to agree and document needs and objectives and ensure delivery of these objectives.
- Hold periodic review meetings with client.
- Client action planning in conjunction with client team.
- Manage insurer meetings with clients.
- Adhere to Company billing standards.
- Agree and monitor client fee and service specifications to ensure continued profitability.
- Own personal and client financial target for a portfolio of clients.
- Network with peer groups internally and externally.

Core Requirements:
- Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
- Related business experience
- Financial Services qualification preferred although not essential
- Corporate experience within group risk, ideally with a medical / health / medex background.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
