(AE2S) Corporate Counsel AE2S, an award winning civil/environmental engineering firm, is seeking a Corporate Counsel for its Bismarck, Fargo or Grand Forks office. A successful candidate will work under the general direction of the COO to monitor all facets of legal issues affecting the corporation and its operating companies. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate; licensed to practice law in ND, or ability to obtain within 6 months; eight to ten years of progressive experience in corporate law; and substantial knowledge and experience in general commercial law. Experience with engineering and construction agreements preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to synthesize complex legal issues to essential elements for managers; strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives simultaneously; willingness to assume assignments with difficult deadlines; and must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Travel will be required as needed.
