CORPORATE CREDIT ANALYST
This organization seeks an experienced credit analyst to join its Singapore team. The incumbent will be involved in underwriting credit and political risks of SMEs and corporates, with the opportunity to manage his/her own portfolio within the Asia Pacific region.
Responsibilities
- Underwriting of trade credit limits on corporates across the Asia Pacific region
- Manage a risk portfolio by analyzing the credit risk (quantitative and qualitative) and profile of corporations within that portfolio
- Conduct credit research and analysis of key risk exposures
- Monitor country and trade sector profiles within the Asia Pacific region
- Work closely with sales to maintain and expand the firm's portfolio in the region
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in financial services (or related industry), preferably in underwriting, credit analysis or credit insurance
- Regional experience within the Asia Pacific is preferred
- Japanese language skills (native speaker or JLPT1)
- Excellent communication skills and a team player approach are critical
