Corporate Credit Control
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Credit Controller to join a market leading business based in the heart of Basingstoke. With a global presence in over 30 countries my client is one of the world's leading professional services firms and employees in excess of 14,000 people.
Reporting in to the Credit Manager the successful candidate will work as part of a team of credit controllers. You will take responsibility for your own ledger of accounts and work to build strong business relationships with your customer base. The Credit Controller must ensure that the delicate balance between cash collection and the deliver of excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
Duties within the role will include:
Cash collection in accordance with the companies credit policy
Chasing payments by telephone, letter and email
Dealing with all queries in an efficient and timely manner
Produced debt and cash flow reports for the Credit Manager
Monitoring accounts with regards to potential credit risk
Payment allocation
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and commercially minded Credit Controller who can use their own initiative and make pragmatic decisions. You will also have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising at all levels. Candidates from any corporate, business to business credit control background will be considered however exposure to professional services or the construction industry would be advantageous.
