Leading Financial Institution requires an experienced derivative solutions sales person to join their existing Corporate derivatives sales team based in Sydney. The bank is dominant player in the markets in which it participates and is held in high regard by the corporate community it services according to survey results.
Advising on FX Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income and Structured Products, this position will work closely with the wider Corporate Sales teams to provide sophisticated global markets solutions and it will involve active credit valuation adjustment(CVA) and funding(FVA) pricing, trade execution, position management, and risk management.
Key responsibilities:
- Selling strategic hedging solutions to existing Corporate client base
- Advise on risk solution - CVA FVA
- Providing relationship management expertise to their Australian corporate clients
- Helping to drive forward new sales whilst maintaining and deepening existing client relationships
- Accountability and responsibility for revenue targets across multi product
Required experience:
- Significant experience in FX, Rates Money Market derivative sales
- Exposure to the Australian corporate market is advantageous
- A technical / quantitative understanding of derivative models is advantageous
- Able to build good working relationships with trading, Risk, Quants IT
- understanding of Corporate Financing / accounting is advantageous
This is a highly technical sales role that will work across all corporate clients and liaise with all internal stakeholders.
