Corporate Development / Group M&A Associate – Aerospace & Defence firm based in Paris recruitment
The successful canddiate will be reporing to the Corporate Development Director, helping to achieve external and organic growth initiatives focused on the delivery of Group Strategy. The role will consist of three main areas;
- Strategy development and implementation monitoring
- Mergers and acquisitions, JVs and Strategic Partnerships (origination, execution and evaluation)
- Market assessments Organic Growth
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess 4 - 6 years corporate finance (MA execution) experience gained at either an Investment Bank, MA Advisory Boutique or a Big 4 firm. Top class academics and an MBA from a leading business school will certianly be looked upon favourably.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and driven and keen to work hard in order to effectively contribute to a Aerospace Defence market-leader.
