- Regular communication with senior executives (internal and external).
- Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations and other written materials.
- Handling phone calls and e-mails in an efficient and professional manner.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assisting with logistical arrangements and calendar management.
- Economics, Business or Finance major preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- High level of familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, in addition to willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to conduct market and competitive research preferred.
