Corporate Development Manager recruitment
Internal MA role at FTSE 250 - business services and TMT - They are not specific in terms of sector experience when choosing the right candidate
Role - MA (modelling, due diligence, client meetings, might be involved in some negotiations).
Deals - 4- 8 a year
Travel - once every couple of weeks, mainly Europe but could sometimes go to S. America or Asia
Hours - 8:30am - 6:30pm
Team - 6 people - 2 analysts, 2 managers, 2 directors
Sector focus - tech, media and business services
Office Location - 2 minute walk from Victoria station - very modern offices
Salary - around 55K - bonus given upon discretion
Required ( mandatory)
ACA qualified ( 2010 - 2012)
Strong Numeracy Skills
Need to have been working in MA Advisory ( not TS) for atleast 6 months
Presentation skills
Good research experience of markets, products targets
