Corporate Finance Associate – Renewable Energy recruitment
Our client, a boutique Investment Bank with offices in the US, Europe, Africa and Asia and an impressive array of clients and deals is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Associate. The London franchise has a well established and experienced management team providing strong and varied deal flow and ensuring strong execution experience. Corporate Finance Associates will work within the Renewable Energy sector supporting all aspects of the transaction cycle with excellent client contact from day one.
Responsibilities will include:
• Complete a variety of buy and sell side mandates for corporate clients
• Perform detailed financial modelling and quantitative analysis
• Develop marketing initiatives to be presented to corporates
• Day-to-day project management and coordination of work streams with clients and others advisers
To be considered candidates must be highly numerate graduates, displaying outstanding academics and very strong communication presentation skills with extensive Renewable Energy experience. They must possess the ability to liaise effectively with both Partners and senior client management. Candidates will have experience of Corporate Finance, ideally gained within a reputable investment bank, big 4 accounting practice, and displaying excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
