Corporate Finance Director – QE Status Essential recruitment
My client is a successful independent bank and Nomad broker and are looking to expand their operations by hiring an experienced Director who can effectively lead a new office in London. They already have people based in the City but now want someone to pull these resources together and be a figurehead for the company on the ground.
The company works with a mixture of private and public companies including firms on Plus, AiM and the Full-List offering full advisory services including MA, Flotation's, Capital Raisings, Restructurings, MBO's and MBI's and Strategic Reviews. They have an excellent track record in raising private capital with an extensive contact of high net worth individuals and the ability to directly invest into deals and have enjoyed a highly successful year completing several IPO's and MA transactions.
The firm has made a profit every since inception nearly 10 years ago and they have a very strong pipeline of business for 2012 and see this as a chance to capture market share against their competitors and grow the business. They are looking for an experienced Director to run the new office here in London who can originate and execute deals.
The ideal candidate will have:
*A minimum of 10 years corporate finance experience
*Have a proven track record of leading teams and winning new business
*Be fully comfortable with all aspects of the execution process
*MUST have QE status for AiM market
