UK based Corporate Finance Directors required for good sized boutique based in the West End. The Investment Bank are looking for sector specialist within renewable energy and clean tech ideally with deal flow.
TEAM -
ENERGY, RENEWABLES CLEAN TECH
Independent corporate finance and advisory business, this specialist team is principally focused on energy, renewables, clean technology and infrastructure.
They provide advice and services to companies and management teams in relation to:
• Deal structuring, diligence and execution
• Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• Strategic reviews and restructuring
• Partnerships, joint ventures and other alliances
• Public offers, including takeovers, public to private transactions and bid defence
• Equity capital raisings
• IPOs and flotations
The team’s extensive experience in corporate finance and industry gives them access to a broad range of investors. In addition, they have strong links with Government and regulatory bodies.
