Corporate Finance Specialist - Energy
The Challenge
Our client seeks to hire an experienced candidate with a background in energy to assist in origination and execution of a growing number of energy transactions in which it has been engaged. Working as part of a team reporting to Director/ Managing Director specific responsibilities include:
• managing all aspects of the deal from cradle to grave, working with bankers, lawyers, clients and other 3rd parties (including the regulator) on a range of transactions across all fossil fuels and renewable energy products.
• working in a business development capacity with a focus on identifying potential clients and business cases, to include pitching and presenting to potential clients
• development of strategic presentations for target clients with an emphasis on research, financial modeling and first class technical expertise
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the energy sector, with a strong financial, numerical and commercial acumen. Candidates will hold a professional qualification and/ or an MBA. This is a client facing/ business development role, first rate presentation and communication skills essential.

Our client is a high profile Advisory firm, with an international presence and playing field. Their offices are based in Dublin C.C.
The Compensation
Remuneration will be in line with market rates to include some benefits.
