Corporate Finance / M&A – Associate / VP recruitment
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global brand that has enjoyed a lot of success over the past couple of years and is now looking to expand their PLC advisory business due to increased deal-flow. The team focuses primarily on the mid-market and has an excellent track record in winning and executing MA and ECM deals.
Working across all sectors the team acts as a NOMAD and SPONSOR on the ECM side of things and gets involved in all PLC MA activity across the group. The team works in a very close knot environment and there is plenty of client exposure and front line deal responsibility on offer. The successful candidate for this position will be expected to want to become the next Director of the team originating their own deals and become integral to the firm.
The team is currently to recruit at the Associate / VP level and given the current market is ideally looking for people who have a strong track record in executing MA mandates. As such ideal candidates will able to prove the following:
*Minimum of 4 years lead advisory / MA experience
*Strong knowledge of Blue Book Takeover code transactions
*A minimum of 3 completed PLC deal in the past 2-3 years
*Ability to manage and mentor junior staff
*Strong desire to further your career and progress quickly into an business winning / origination role
