Nominated advisors and brokers to AIM, the organisation provide a respected Capital Markets Advisory service and are employers of over 1,500 staff across the UK. On offer is an excellent opportunity for career progression for an Executive level candidate with a Capital Markets focus.
Essential:
• A history of exposure to Corporate Finance and IPOs
• Good understanding of regulatory matters relating to AIM, Official List and takeover code.
• Good knowledge of financial modelling
• Qualified Executive for AIM purposes, knowledge of Blue Book Purple Book
Desirable:
• FSA Corporate Finance Representative Examination – If not already achieved, training will be provided.
