Corporate Finance Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
You will partake in Asia deals sourcing, evaluation and investments execution work. You are liaise closely with relevant internal stakeholders in observing allocated investments, working on strategic initiatives and be involved in delegated investment projects together with other stakeholders in the organization.
You will assist senior management in valuating investments especially private equity deals for clients. You will also take on a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong working relationships various counterparties and clients.
Requirements
You should have a good Masters qualification in Finance/Economics or relevant studies with at least 2 years’ experience in a similiar role. Experience in working on Asian deals is mandatory.
Candidates with CPA qualification, asset management experience, or have worked in various major consulting/investment organizations will be highly preferred.
