The Corporate Finance team aims to bring security to the finances and operations of businesses in crisis and businesses keen to ensure a surer footing in the market. Working directly for the lenders this team is responsible for the full life cycle of projects thereby ensuring any new joiner will benefit from a varied workload across IBR, Valuation, Transactions Services, MA and Restructuring.
As a consultant, you will be delivering on all elements of projects, as well as supporting on the operational elements of the business' transformation. You will therefore require:
- At least 1 year of relevant transactional experience across TS or MA and ideally including restructuring
- Fully-qualified ACA and Strong academics
- Real desire and passion to work in consulting
- Confident, professional demeanour and the ability to lead client facing deals
