Corporate Finance – Transaction Services – Analyst/ Senior Analyst (Adelaide) recruitment

Our market leading Adelaide Corporate Finance/ Transaction Services team assists in a wide variety of circumstances, including mergers and acquisitions, investments in quoted or unquoted companies, IPOs, equity raisings and business development including new projects and investment decisions.

We provide in-depth analysis of the key commercial and/or financial aspects of a business to be acquired or sold, as well as it's strategic and market position and future plans.

Our client base includes listed and unlisted companies, private equity houses and government related entities, assisting them through a range of services and skills that add value at all stages of a transaction, including:

• Pre-acquisition or disposal analysis

• Structuring an acquisition or disposal

• Acquisition due diligence

• Vendor due diligence

• Investigating accountants on IPOs

• Forecast reviews

Due to continued growth in our existing practice and an anticipated uplift in MA activity, we are seeking experienced and highly motivated Analyst/Senior Analyst to join our Adelaide based team; Manager level candidates are welcome to express their interest for potential future opportunities.

Successful candidates will ideally be able to demonstrate;

• Prior experience in corporate finance, audit or accounting, investment banking.

• Prior transaction services experience is preferable but not essential

• Strong academic results and work ethic

• Completed or studying towards  post-graduate qualifications such as CA, CPA, FINSIA or similar

• Sound analytical skills and commercial awareness

• A passion and track record for outstanding client service, with prior business development skills preferable

• Strong desire to develop a career within corporate finance
