Corporate Finance Transaction Services Executive
A top 10 accountancy practice are currently looking to fill the position of Corporate Finance Transaction Services Executive within central London. As an executive, you will work closely with and support senior members within the team and assist in the timely delivery of services. You will also gain understanding and experience in the field of financial due diligence.
The role will require you to support Transaction Services projects and undertake fieldwork in a variety of industries. You will be producing discrete sections of reports containing minimal errors, in a clear and concise manner.
To be successful in your application you must be ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), have experience of working within corporate finance, and have a good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
